I’ve been too busy to clean my new car, so I looked around for a detailer. I was recommended OTW, and after Nate’s service, I’m glad I was.
Nate’s communication and coordination is excellent. He laid out his services clearly and answered any questions within minutes of my DMs. When I wanted to add additional floor mat cleaning, he gave me a reasonable quote.
I needed his help twice (so far) and both times he arrived exactly on the dot, so 10/10 for him on punctuality as well.
First service was a basic exterior detail with floor mat cleaning. Awesome job. The floor mats looked nicer than they did leaving the dealership. Nate even added a free ceramic booster.
When I told Nate about some smudges I couldn’t get off, he took the time to stop by again to check it out. (Turns out it was only water drippage from the windows).

Nate’s results were beyond expectations. It’s real simple. I voted with my pocketbook. I was so happy with my results from the 2-step paint correction and ceramic coating, I had Nate do the same thing to my three other cars. If that isn’t a vote of confidence, I’m not sure what is.

I recently received my TE37 wheels after waiting 6 months, and everyone was telling me I should get them ceramic coated. I reached out to Nate, and he quickly replied with a price and availability. His pricing was very fair, and the fact that he came directly to my house to do the work was a huge bonus.
Nate took his time with all four wheels, ensuring even coats and explaining the curing process (only about an hour). His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I’ll definitely be recommending him to others and using his services again in the future.

Great experience with OTW detailing. Very easy to set up an appointment and great communication which made the whole process so easy! You can tell he is takes pride in what he does and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you’re in the OC/LA area since he’s mobile. As for the results, my car looks like it came straight out of the factory. Also cannot beat the prices compared to other detailers. Will be calling him back soon for more services.

OTW was great! Nate was very communicative and friendly! He did an amazing job at cleaning my car and even went above and beyond by giving me a deodorizer for my carpets and a one month ceramic sealant! Can’t recommend him and OTW enough! The price was incredibly fair as well!
